Get Started
So, you got your hands on a copy of Halo 3: ODST and now you want to play the Halo: Reach Multiplayer Beta. You’re in luck. Here’s what you’ll need to join in our Beta test on May 3rd, 2010.
- Halo 3: ODST’s Campaign Disc
- A Valid Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription
- A Broadband Internet Connection
- Approximately 1.2 Gigabytes of Hard Drive Disk Space
You’ll need to keep in your disc in the Xbox 360 tray while you play and your Xbox LIVE Gold Subscription must meet age requirements necessary to play a Mature rated title.
To Download the Beta:
- Insert and Launch Halo 3: ODST’s Campaign Disc
- Select “Play the Beta” from the main menu
- Follow the onscreen prompts and instructions
Note: The download process may be subject to extended wait times. Server load is expected to be extremely high, especially during the first few hours and days of Beta availability. Please bear with us and stay tuned to Bungie.net for news and information.
